The defense of another defendant in Russian opposition politician Boris Nemtsov's case - the alleged killer Zaur Dadaev, appealed his arrest, spokesperson for the Basmanny Court of Moscow Anna Fadeeva told RIA Novosti March 12.
"Dadaev's defense made a complaint," she said. "The defense urges to cancel the form of detention."
Thus, four of the five detainees appealed the arrest.
Nemtsov, who formerly held several senior positions in the Russian government, and then became an oppositionist, was shot dead in central Moscow on the night of Feb. 27.
