In January-August 2019, most of Turkey's exports to Turkmenistan were exported from such Turkish cities as Istanbul, Antalya, Ankara, Izmir and Mersin, Trend reports referring to the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM).
During the reported period, exports from these Turkish cities to Turkmenistan amounted to $338.563 million.
In January-August, goods worth $235.329 million were exported from Istanbul to Turkmenistan, $33.606 million from Antalya, $32.992 million from Ankara, $22.068 million from Izmir and $14.568 million from Mersin.
In August 2019, goods worth $35.234 million were exported from Istanbul to Turkmenistan, $3.832 million from Antalya, $6.812 million from Ankara, $4.468 million from Izmir and $587,000 from Mersin.
According to the TIM, in January-August 2019, the total volume of Turkish exports to Turkmenistan amounted to $428.885 million.
