Supervisory Board of the Tbilisi electricity distribution company JSC Telasi terminated powers of the company's director general Yuri Pimonov in connection with staff rotation in the Group "Inter RAO UES". As the company Telasi told Trend, Vadim Mityushin, head of South Caucasus and Turkey Division of JSC "INTER RAO UES" has been appointed as director general of JSC.
The Supervisory Board also expressed its gratitude to Yuri Pimonov for his contribution to the company development and activity of many years.
JSC Telasi is one of the largest network companies of Georgia, which provides electricity distribution and sale in Tbilisi. The company is a supplier of electricity to more than 450,000 customers. In August 2003, Telasi joined the "Inter RAO UES". The "Inter RAO UES" has a 75-percent stake, and about a 25-percent stake is owned by the state.
