The fortieth meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly (PA) of the Organisation of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) will be held in Baku on Nov. 27-28. Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and chairman of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Cemil Cicek will attend, a diplomatic source told Trend today.
The prospects of developing parliamentary cooperation between the BSEC member states, economic and environmental issues, social issues and cultural development will be discussed at the meeting. Azerbaijan will transfer its current PABSEC chairmanship to Bulgaria.
PABSEC Secretary General Victor Tvircun will arrive in Baku to attend the meeting.
Baku will host a meeting of the BSEC Bureau and the Standing Committee on November 26.
