Isreal's purchase of nuclear arms caused concerns in Arab countries, particularly, in Saudi Arabia. Particularly, US approval of $30bln to Israel for purchase of arms became the reasons for many protests n Arab countries.
The United States agreed upon selling to Saudi Arabia mass destructive arms, which amounts to billions of US dollars, Reuters reported on 15 November. The United States said that the key objective is to protect the neighboring countries from possible attacks on the part of Iran. Even without possessing nuclear arms, Iran has become a reason for crisis, whereas afterwards the Middle East countries will be more concerned on teir own security.
Concerns of the United State and Israel in connection with the Iran's nuclear plans are so usual manifestation. The reasons for such concerns by the European countries, especially, Germany, France ad the UK in connection with Iran's plans are clear. These countries cannot be imposed to attacks by Iran. The reason for such concerns is an arms race, which evolve in the Middle East. It will portray additional problem for Russia and China. Moreover, the United States under the pretext of possible attacks by Iran on Europe establish in Poland and Czech Republic an anti-missile defense system, whereas it does not meet
Moscow's interests. The Chinese companies expand their economic bases in East Europe, trying to invest in different projects and desiring to see stability in the region to implement them. To become closer to Iran these two countries removed the economic-political rivals, such as Europe and the United States. With respect to expand the activities in the region they prevent the application of the 3rd UN Security Council Resolution with respect to Iran.
The western countries, particular, permanent members of the UN Security Council, have united within the alliance against Iran. Moreover, Iran has given them enough grounds with its nuclear plans. For instance, last week Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejat announced on activity of 3,000 centrifuges. However, it does not meet the details, indicated in the IAEA. Thus, the application of the 3rd resolution on Iran is excluded. Meanwhile, Russia and China try to delay the adoption of this resolution.
