Azerbaijan, Baku, 15 January / Trend / Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani President, issued a decree to open a branch of the Moscow State University named M.V.Lomonosov in Baku. Aliyev explained that the desicion was made for Azerbaijani citizens to receive an education from authoritative universities of Russia.
The President ordered the Government to tackle the issues concerning the opening of the Moscow State University branch and establishment of its material-technical base.
