Trend J.Babayeva / On 29 Feb, the new Ambassador of Turkey to Azerbaijan, Khulusi Kilij, (head of Protocol Department of Turkey's Prime Minister) will arrive in Azerbaijan, and will commence his diplomatic responsibilities on 1 March, the current Ambassador of Turkey to Azerbaijan, Huseyn Anvi Karsioglu, briefed the media in Baku on 15 February.
