Azerbaijan, Baku, 17 November / Trend corr. N.Abdullayeva/ Azerbaijan changed the system of issuance of visas to Germany and Austria.
From 1 December 2008 on, every applicant for visas to the two countries will be appointed special time to avoid waiting, said German Embassy in Azerbaijan.
The period of issuance of a Schengen visa for three months remains the same - from 24 working days.
Those applying for a visa must submit the following information: name, surname, date of birth, passport number, address and the goal of the visit. The required information is available on the forms at www.baku.diplo.de/viza
