NATO-Azerbaijan cooperation will be discussed in Baku.
NATO experts will visit Azerbaijan in late February, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry press service said.
According to the NATO-Azerbaijan plan, NATO Joint Forces Command Naples experts will meet with Azerbaijani Defense Ministry officials from Feb. 24-26.
Azerbaijan joined the North Atlantic Cooperation Council in 1992. Azerbaijan's cooperation with NATO gradually developed as Azerbaijan joined the Partnership for Peace program in 1994.
NATO-Azerbaijan cooperation aims not only to support reforms in Azerbaijan, but also to help Azerbaijani armed forces work with NATO forces in crisis response and peaceful operations.
