Leader of the Alliance for Georgia Irakliy Alasania assess the situation in the country as "catastrophic" and states that "dialogue with the authorities is necessary".
"It is necessary to hold a dialogue with the authorities, when the country faces with catastrophe," Alasania stated before the meeting with foreign diplomats.
As to yesterday's incident, when the opposition trespassed on the protected territory and provoked a clash with law enforcement agencies, Alasania assessed as "severe".
Leader of the "Way of Georgia" Salome Zurabishvili also said that " Mikheil Saakashvili awoke and realized what was happening and made the assessment in connection with the incidents, in the end, met with opposition, and said, what he considers as a way out of this crisis.
"The government drove the people to distraction through his provocations. The authorities' movement to an escalation testifies that the situation is serious!
