Azerbaijan, Baku, May 12 / Trend / Justice should dominate in all fields in Azerbaijan, especially in judicial system, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at the opening ceremony of a new administrative building of the Supreme Court on May 12, AzTv state television channel reported.
"The decisions which will be adopted in Azerbaijani Supreme Court's new building must be fair. Justice is one of the important factors for the development of society," the president said.
The President said justice is a particularly significant factor in judicial system. "Decisions adopted in courts influence peoples fate. No crime can go unpunished. Innocent people must not be punished," the president said.
The Supreme Court's new administrative building meets modern European standards. The foundation of the new building was laid in 2006.
