Brazil's Navy sends ships to area of alleged fall of A330

Brazil's Navy has sent five ships to the area of the alleged fall of A330-200 of Air France, of which searches are carried out in the Atlantic Ocean for already second day, the press-service of the Navy reported on June 2, RIA Novosti reported.

Flight Air France AF447, on which board there were 228 people, flew from the International Tom Zhobima Airport of Rio de Janeiro at 02.00 Moscow time on May 31 and had to land at the Paris Airport Charles de Gaulle about 13.00 Moscow time on June 1, but the connection with the plane was lost after four hours after the flight.

The wreckage, including aircraft seats, were found in the Atlantic Ocean, 650 km north-east coast of Brazil - in the area of the alleged fall of A330-200 of Air France on June 2.
