Turkmenistan, Israel strive to intensify inter-parliamentary relations

Turkmenistan and Israel expressed their desire to strengthen inter-parliamentary relations as an integral factor to strengthen the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and peoples.
The press service of the Turkmen government said that this statement was voiced at a meeting between Turkmen speaker Akja Nurberdiyeva and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Israel to Turkmenistan (non-resident) Shemi Tzur.
An exchange of views on the prospects of partnership between the two countries, particularly in trade-economic and humanitarian spheres was held. The diplomat was admitted to the Foreign Ministry. The meetings were planned to be held in the ministry of agriculture, the ministry of health and medical industry.
