Leadership of Azerbaijani opposition party discusses recent resignations

The leadership of the Azerbaijani opposition Musavat party held a meeting to discuss the recent resignations in the party, the head of the central executive office of Musavat party Arif Hajili told Trend.
He said that the head of Musavat Party, his deputies and chairman of the majlis attended the meeting. They exchanged views on the recent resignation in the party.
The need to bring well-known and dedicated people, who took an active part in political processes, to the party leadership, was stressed.
Functionaries of the Azerbaijani opposition Musavat Party Gabil Huseynli and Adil Geybulla left the party. Earlier, the chairman of the party's Majlis (Congress) Sulhaddin Akbar and a member of the Divan (Executive Board) Ibrahim Ibrahimli also left Musavat.
Speaking about the expected appointments, Hajili stressed that there are many experienced and well-known people, worthy to occupy the post of deputy head.
