President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order approving the State Program on socio-economic development of Baku city and its districts for 2011-2013, the Azerbaijani President's official website reported.
Under the order, the Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to take measures in cooperation with the central and local executive authorities to ensure the implementation of the State program, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Finance to annually ensure the compilation and accounting of public investment programs for the activities to be undertaken during this period.
Ministry of Economic Development and the Baku City Executive Power were instructed to coordinate activities under the State program, as well as to annually inform the Azerbaijani President of the implementation of the program activities.
