Weapons, ammunition, specific tools, used by the Interior Troops of Azerbaijan, are similar to those used in European countries. Today, service and combat activity of the Interior Troops, the professionalism of the personnel are at a high level, commander of Interior Troops of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Internal Affairs Zakir Hasanov said on Wednesday at a press conference on the day of the creation of the Interior Troops of Azerbaijan.
"Representatives of international organizations, foreign countries appreciate the socio-technical base of the combat activity of the Interior troops of Azerbaijan. Interior troops are developing, discipline, morale of the troops are at a high level. Relations between the servicemen and soldiers of the Internal Troops are also at a high level," said Hasanov.
He said the military towns of the Internal Troops match European standards.
"Necessary conditions for the service have been established for the soldiers. Education system is the same as the education system of European countries, it is elaborated in accordance with NATO standards," - he said.
