The U.S. Department of State congratulated Kyrgyzstan with the formation of a new coalition government and the appointment of Zhantoro Satibaldiyev to the post of the country's prime minister, CA-News reported on Monday with reference to the department of press and culture of the country's Foreign Ministry.
The State Department mentioned that the formation of the new government is a confirmation of the Kyrgyz democracy institutions' power.
It expressed confidence in further development of strong partnership between the U.S. and Kyrgyzstan.
Kyrgyz former government headed by Omurbek Babanov resigned after the breakup of the country's parliamentary coalition.
