Azerbaijani President receives Uruguayan delegation

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received the delegation led by Mario Jaime Trob, Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Deputies of Chamber of Representatives of Uruguay, the head of the Uruguay-Azerbaijan friendship group.

Head of the Azerbaijani State noted significance of the Uruguayan delegation's visit to Azerbaijan for boosting bilateral relations.

Azerbaijani President stressed the countries' experience rise of development of bilateral relations, as well as underlined the necessity of intensification of these ties to expand relations.

The head of Azerbaijani State noted that the inter-parliamentary ties have great role in helping the development of bilateral relations, as well as stressing the importance of reciprocal visits at numerous levels in expansion of these relations.

President Ilham Aliyev said he visit would certainly be a great success and serve the cause of bilateral relations.

Mario Jaime Trob in his turn introduced members of the delegation to the Azerbaijani President, noting that the visit is the indicator of interest of his country to expand bilateral relations with Azerbaijan.
