Director of the Office of Caucasus Affairs and Regional Conflicts under the U.S. Department of State Justin Friedman visited Ganja, Kepez TV said today.
The bilateral relations were discussed with Ganja city leadership.
"This is my second visit to Ganja and the city has been greatly changed since the first visit," he said.
Human rights and the rule of law were also discussed. Work in this field in Azerbaijan is appreciated.
