Azerbaijan is being developed rapidly. There is great potential to intensify the country's cooperation with UNICEF, the new head of the UNICEF representative office in the country Andro Shilakadze said at a meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, the ministry said Sept. 2.
Mammadyarov congratulated Shilakadze on appointment and wished him success in his future endeavors.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and UNICEF.
