BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 10. Peace talks with Armenia should be conducted on the basis of five points proposed by Azerbaijan, Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov told reporters at the Alley of Honor in Baku on May 10, Trend reports.
According to Khalafov, after the meeting in Brussels and the processes preceding it, an opinion has been formed that the Armenian side agreed to a peace treaty and the beginning of the delimitation process [with Azerbaijan].
Efforts are being made in this direction, he said.
"Armenia hasn’t yet rejected the five-point proposal," added Khalafov.
