BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 8. Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Turkish Baykar Technologies company Selcuk Bayraktar congratulated the Azerbaijani people on the Victory Day, Trend reports referring to his tweet.
"Congratulate our dear Azerbaijan on the second anniversary of the liberation of its lands from Armenian occupation. May Allah rest the souls of martyrs in peace," Bayraktar wrote.
