In the framework of the “Partnership in the name of peace” NATO program, the first stage of the В"Peace Shield-05” command and staff trainings is taking place in Kiyev on 11-24 July, the Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry’s press service told Trend.
Under the individual program signed between the NATO and Azerbaijan the representatives of the Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces will take part in the events.
The Azerbaijani military servicemen are also participating in the international symposium on the topic “Defense from the nuclear, biological and chemical weapon in the German’s Armed Forces”.
The workshop is being held in the German city of Brushal on 11-15 July. The Azerbaijani representatives are taking part in the workshop in accordance with the bilateral military cooperation plan, signed between Azerbaijan and Germany.
