The Central Elections Commission (CEC) is involved in preparation of the special voting stencils for blind electors, compiled on Brail alphabet, the Independent Press Center of the CEC, told Trend. The CEC is currently conducting work with respect to offer facilities for voting in the forthcoming parliamentary elections on 6 November.
Besides, to ensure the participation of the defective people in the voting as part of the pilot project it is also planned to construct ramps (declined assages). In this respect the CEC cooperates with the Center of Disability �Lotos’.
