The “Fore Free and Fair Elections’ Coordination Consultative Council under the support of the �Open Society’ Fund established a hot line to be function on the voting day, the Council told Trend.
The 'hot line' is established to get information about violations and rendering of aid on the voting day. The NGO will also have press service, experts on elections, law-defenders, lawyers to function under the service.
The council will carry out parallel counting of votes on the voting day.
