Azadlig’ (Freedom) election bloc will address to the Council of Europe next week in protest to the results of the 6 November parliamentary elections,” Arif Hajily, the deputy chairman of Musavat Party entering the bloc, told Trend. According to Hajily, the bloc will simultaneously file the complaints by the opposition candidates faced with violations in the parliamentary elections to the European Court.

Hajily also noted that he would lodge a complaint to the European Court in individual order. He will appeal in relation to the decision of the Central Election Committee (CEC) on annulment of the results of Zagatala constituency 110, where he balloted. It should be mentioned that the complaint by Hajily was not satisfied neither in the Azerbaijani Court of Appeal nor in the Supreme Court.
