Mammadov stressed that the CEC did not receive any letter in this regard, but the participation of the Armenian вЂ�refugeesвЂ™ was directly related to the settlement of the Azerbaijani-Armenian conflict.
вЂњAs soon as the electoral rights of the Armenian citizens by Azerbaijani origin are ensured, Azerbaijan will take appropriate steps,вЂќ the secretary stressed.
Besides, touching upon the participation of the Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians, who are the Azerbaijani citizens, Mammadov said that CEC received their addresses in regard to the participation in the 6 November parliamentary elections from 122rd constituency. вЂњThe Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians repeatedly addressed to us with request on the participation in the elections and wrote about the hard social state in the self-declared regime of Arkadiy Gukasian,вЂќ Mammadov undelriend.
According to Armenian media, 5 Armenians living in Russia, Armenia, Ukraine and Belarus asked to notify them of ensuring their entrance into Azerbaijan, their safety and nomination their candidacy till 18 February.
