The Supreme council of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP) can not reply to the address by Aydin Gulliyev, Hasrat Rustamov, the deputy chairman of the party, told Trend.

Gulkiyev sent a complaint to the Supreme council of ADP on his expulsion from the council on 22 December 2005.

Rustamov noted that Guliyev was expulsed from the Supreme council at the decision of the Central Control and Inspection Commission. The Supreme council cannot discuss the decision, but the address by Guliyev is illogical, as he is not a member of ADP any more, Rustamov stressed.

The deputy chairman of ADP also said that Guliyev in his address also required resignation of the party leadership. We dont know what Guliyev wants. He refused from coming to the meeting of the Central Control and Inspection Commission. If Gulliyev was not guilty, he would appear before the members of the commission, Rustamov underlined.

In his turn, Guliyev said that he was expulsed from ADP at the instruction of Sardar Jalaloglu, the first deputy chairman of the party. I remain a member of the Supreme council as before. I will continue the struggle till the last, he noted.
