Baku Steel Company plans to resume production from 1 February, Paolo Parviz, the head of the Company, said to a news conference on Wednesday, Trend reports.
According to Parviz, the 2-week interruption of the work is related with lack of cruel metal, using in the armature production. Daily demand for cruel material at the enterprise comprises 1,000 tons.
The issue will be settled in short. The Cabinet of Ministers has held an appropriate meeting in this regard, he underlined.
The head of the Company stressed that the issue did not affect 2,200 employees of BSC. The employees go on short leave at own request, Parviz stressed.
During the interruption of the production different repair work will be carried out and the plant will start the work from 1 February, he said.
