During the meeting of Azerbaijan and Armenia presidents scheduled for 10-11 February 2006 in Paris it will be clear, whether the negotiations on the Armenian -Azerbaijani conflict over Nagorny Karabakh settlement will be continued, the Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said in a statement on 30 January, Trend reports citing the ANS TV channel.

We (Рђzerbaijan В"РўrendВ") want to explain to the Armenian side, the conceptual peace should be dwelt upon. And the opposite side is to understand, the security issues are interfaced with this issue, the head of the foreign relations department said, underscoring in principal matters the official Baku cannot compromise.
