The executive power of Baku has not authorized holding picket tomorrow, on 16 February in front of the Justice Ministry building, the NDPA chairman Iskender Hamidov told Trend.
Today the executive power of Baku produced two letters in reply to the partys appeal. In one letter the city authorities found it inexpedient to hold action in front of the building of the Justice Ministry.
Another letter signed by the head of the city executive power Hadjibala Abutalibov reads, to investigate the issue of NDPA registration there was application to the Justice Ministry. Abutlaibov expressed the request to the Justice Ministry for the problem of the NDPA registration to be solved and respective reply to be received by the party.
