U.S. State Department's report on Azerbaijan includes many moments unreflecting realities, Ali Ahmadov

The U.S. State Departments report on human rights in Azerbaijan includes many moments unreflecting realities, Trend reports quoting MP Ali Ahmadov, the Executive Secretary of ruling New Azerbaijan Party, as saying to journalists.

He noted that Azerbaijan always stated that double standards in regard to the country did not reflect the realities and included biased moments. According to Ahmadov, similar moments recurred in regard to Azerbaijan. Thus, the U.S. State Departments report 2005 includes moments unreflecting realities. The moments related to democratic climate, freedom of press and defense of human rights in Azerbaijan, including, estimation of the November 2005 parliamentary elections dont fully reflect reality, Ahmadov stressed.

He noted that the moments, touched upon in the report by the U.S. State Department, as well as in other documents of international organizations and estimation of most Azerbaijanis on this issue are different.
