During the forthcoming meetings in Baku Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchohr Mottaki will sign definite agreements with the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, deputy Ambassador of Iran to Azerbaijan, Reza Rashid, told journalists. He was commenting on the participation of the Iranian senior officials in a meeting of leaders of Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in Baku.
To date the sides have developed some documents of common character.
Rashid informed that Mottaki will arrive in Baku on Thursday morning and leave Azerbaijan after two day together with Iranian President Mahmud Ahmedinejat.
The Iranian diplomat noted that Iran is one of the countries that founded ECO. Iran, Turkey and Pakistan are the first three countries which initiated the establishment of OEC and Tehran is interested in the consolidation of the organization and establishment of close among the members, Rashid underscored.
