Constituent congress of Citizens and Development Party (CDP) is held May 28 in the headquarters of Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (DPA), Trend reports quoting Ali Aliyev, CDPs chairman.
Aliyev said the partys constituent congress was initially scheduled to June 4, 2006. В"However, due to completion of all preparatory works, we decided to speed up and lead it May 28. Further, in a view of high rent fee we decided to lead the congress in the headquarters of our ally DPAВ".
Aliyev said also many guests will not be invited to the congress, but leaders of Azadlyg block are invited in all circumstances .
