A visit program of the PACE co-rapporteurs, Andreas Herkel and Andreas Gross to Azerbaijan has been publicized, the CE Information Office told Trend. The co-rapporteurs will visit Baku on 25 May and official program of the visit will start in 26 May.
On 16 May they will hold meetings at the Prosecutor Generals Office, Interior Ministry, Justice Ministry, the Central Elections Commission, as well as discussion with the Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation. The Saturday program of the visit includes informal talks.
As a result of the visit to end on 29 May the co-rapporteurs will develop a report on the election situation in Azerbaijan, which will be discussed in pace summer session in Strasbourg in June.
