Russian President Vladimir Putin considers successful development of Azeri-Russian relations tied to Azeri govt policy. This information is provided by Trend with reference to ITAR-TASS quoting Russian president during his meeting with Azeri president Ilham Aliyev.
"I am pleased to say not only our meetings are regular but also bilateral relations are developing well", - said Putin.
