He said that the belongings of the museum of ex-Azerbaijani President Abulfaz Elchibay, located on the 1st floor of the building, were taken by his son-in-law Agil Samedbeyli. The belongings were loaded b two cars and we said Good Bye to Mr. Samedbeyli in a friendly manner, Aliyev said.
According to him, an act was drawn up for the things of other organizations located in building. Other things were delivered to the address appointed in accordance with the decision of the court and presently are being guarded by the police. The information that the police inflicted significant damages to the equipments is a lie. Together with police, the representatives of the Head Department for Implementation of the Court Resolutions and other people also participated in the implementation of law order. We prevented the issue when the representatives of the organizations, located in the building, tried to take the doors and windows of the building, Aliyev said. In addition, he said that two air-conditioners were not delivered because the day has ended, but they were delivered to one of the nearby buildings. On November 26, the Deputy Chief gave the air-conditioners to the Assistant of the Chairman of the Azerbaijan Popular Front Party.
It should be mentioned that the Economic Court No. 1 of Baku city passed a resolution to relocate the Azadlig and Bizim Yol newspapers, Turan News Agency, Yeni Nesil Union of Journalists and Azerbaijan Popular Front Party. On November 25, the Court resolution was implemented and the equipments belonging to the same organizations were delivered to the appointed address. The above-mentioned organizations disseminated information that the police inflicted significant damages to the equipment during the replacement.
