The Government of Egypt suggests holding the next meting of the Inter-Governmental Commission for Economic Co-operation with Azerbaijan at the beginning of the next year, Trend reports with reference to the Embassy of Egypt in Azerbaijan.
The proposal of the Egyptian side has already been submitted to the Azerbaijani Government and a response is awaited, the same source stated. The 3rd meeting of the Inter-Governmental Commission is planned to be held in Baku. The last meeting had been held in Cairo.
The co-chairmen of the Commission in Azerbaijan is the Economic Development Minister Heydar Babayev and Foreign Minister Faiza Abul Naga in Egypt.
