Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan President, said in his speech during the meeting dedicated to the results of 2006 and plans for 2007, that Azerbaijan territorial integrity has never been, is currently not, and will never be a subject of the negotiations, Trend reports referring to National AzTV Channel. Azerbaijan President said that Armenia had kept on advocating its non-constructive position in the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict last year, broken the peaceful negotiations several times, and is engaged in artificial prolongation of the negotiations. According to him, the Azerbaijan position remains unchanged. The discussions on the Armenian-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict held in U.
