The first meeting of the US-Azerbaijan Economic Partnership Commission completed in Baku, Trend reports.
As a result of the meeting, the following documents were signed:
- Joint communiquГ©,
- Memorandum of Understanding on project of State Investment Policy,
- Memorandum of Understanding on project of Information Management System of Treasury,
- Memorandum of Understanding on raising level of first medical service,
- Memorandum of Understanding on emergency medical aid,
- Grant Agreement on financing purchase of goods and services within the 2nd phase of technical assistance on project of institutional development of SOFAZ,
- Memorandum of Understanding on project of implementation of programs on strengthening Parliament of Azerbaijan,
- Memorandum of Understanding on customs sphere.
The Co-chairs of the Commission from the Azerbaijani side is Finance Minister, Samir Sharifov and from American side вЂ" Deputy Secretary of State, Daniel Sullivan.
