Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend P.Amirjanov / The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has signed a decree confirming the State Program on Improvement of Pre-School Education in Azerbaijan (2007-2010). The Program aims to cerate conditions necessary for the intellectual, physical and psychological development of the pre-school-age children and establish the pre-school education in accordance with the modern demands. The State Program will be implemented by the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan.
