Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend I. Alizadeh / The draft law on "Obligatory Insurance of Civil-Legal Liability of Auditor" developed by the Azerbaijan Permanent Parliamentary Commission on Economic Policy will be put forward for discussion shortly.
After the first reading, the draft law was discussed and adopted by the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament). The law will regulate the obligatory insurance of civil-legal liability of natural and juridical persons engaged in audit service in Azerbaijan as well as the organization holding the audit and will also define the juridical, economic and organizational basis of civil-legal liability.
