Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / The deputy Minister for Justice and Chief of the Penal Service of Azerbaijan, Nazim Alekberov, said on 7 May that new uniforms for employees of the Penal Service will be ready at the end of the year. He stressed that the colour of the uniforms will be blue like the uniforms of the employees of the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan. Only the employees of the Guard Team will wear military uniforms. According to Alekberov, work is currently on going to prepare the new clothes for the employees of this department.
"A regulation should be adopted on the department and new clothes. We will try to prepare the new clothes by the end of the year," Alekperov said.
Currently employees of the Penal Service of Azerbaijan wear military uniforms.
