Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend S.Agayeva / The Azerbaijan's representative to NATO, Kamil Khasiyev, said on 9 July that the talks on the second stage of NATO-Azerbaijan Individual Partnership Plan will take place in the autumn in Baku.
Consultations will take place within the visit of the NATO special representative for South Caucasus, Robert Simmons, the diplomat said. The second stage of the talks will cover 2007-2009. The first stage of the co-operation, namely 2005-2007, between Azerbaijan and NATO were completed in spring of this year.
