The trial was launched over false employees of the national security ministry in Azerbaijan.
Today, prosecutor read indictment on a criminal case of Salayeva Saida Bahtiyyar and Mammadov Tahir Isa in the Heinous Crimes Court.
Later accused people gave evidence. They plead not guilty.
The above-mentioned people are accused on the articles 178.3.1, 178.3.2 (fraud) and 310 (assignment of powers of the official) of the Criminal Code.
Salayeva and Mammadov promised to place resident of Baku Gasimov Vaqif in a job to the national security ministry. They defalcated $10,000.
Moreover, they have defalcated money by selling Almaz Huseynli's private house situated in Sabail region of Baku.
The criminals have defalcated money of other eight people by taking loans for their names in banks.
