"Administrative Proceedings" (scientific-theoretical interpretation) has been published within the framework of grant funds allocated by the Confederation of Lawyers of Azerbaijan, Council of State Support for NGOs under the Azerbaijani President and the ABA ROLI, the Confederation told Trend.
The 258 page book written by Sector Manager of the Azerbaijan Republic National Assembly Ilgar Jafarov has been published in 2,000 copies.
The scientific editor, the scientific adviser, the reviewer, and the persons responsible for the publication of the book were respectively Ali Husseynli, the doctor of Law philosophy, chairman of the Azerbaijan Lawyers Confederation, Chairman of the Committee of Legal Policy and State Building of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Azer Jafarov, the state justice advisor to the third degree, the doctor of Law, chief of the Head Department of Institutional Control of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan; E. Usub, an expert of the Society for International Cooperation of Germany, a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Nadir Adilov, the doctor of law philosophy, the Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Lawyers Confederation and Ayxan Rustamzade, the doctor of law philosophy .
The book is designed for judges, prosecutors, lawyers, law students, judicial assistants, court personnel office, and a wide range of legal community.
