The gift of the youth to Azerbaijani president is their active involvement in the implementation of the state policy and showing their potential, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Intigam Babayev said on Dec.24.
He made the remarks during the event dedicated to the presentation of the report on the activity of Ireli Public Union in a six-month period and its new corporate method.
Babayev reminded that Ireli Public Union, which actively participates in the implementation of the state youth policy, was founded six years ago on the birthday of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
He added that this organization became a brand among the youth in a short period.
Furthermore, the deputy minister said that youth organizations are the main partners of the country's Ministry of Youth and Sports.
These organizations bring together the youth with high potential, he said, adding that the membership of the youth in any organization is not an end in itself.
Most importantly, the youth should be devoted to the homeland and fulfill their tasks, said Babayev.
