The center's reconstruction and repair began on May 10 of last year, following the order of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
Major renovations were carried out by the Shusha City State Reserve Administration on the former post office building and its surrounding area, with the addition of a large green zone.
