The Court of Appeal will review an appeal petition concerning the reinstatement of the depute Aynur Jamalgizi as a member of Musavat party on March 22 at 10.00, the chairman of the Central control commission of the above mentioned party, Ibrahim Ibrahimli, told Trend.
A month ago the Court of Appeal has received an appeal statement regarding the decision of the Binagadi District Court on the reinstatement of Aynur Jamalgizi as a party member.
Ibrahimli emphasized that preparations are taking place for the trial scheduled by the Court of Appeal for March 22.
An attorney is being chosen and necessary documents are being prepared. Ibrahimli noted that in case of necessity he would personally participate in the trial process.
Depute A.Jamalgizi has stated, that she did not receive yet a court subpoena. If I receive the subpoena, my lawyer will take part in the process, she said.
