The Head of the Press-Service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Youth and Sport, Ragif Abbasov, informed Trend that the Ministry has prepared a plan of measures for Youth Day in Azerbaijan on February 2nd.
He said that according to the plan, a meeting will take place on January 30th in the Dan Ulduzu Hall at the Park Inn Hotel with the participation of the Minister of Youth and Sport, Azad Rahimov, heads of youth organizations and representatives of NGOs. On January 31st, the 1st National Intellectual Games will take place in the Baku Entertainment Center. On the same day, Rahimov will participate in an Internet-forum for Echo Newspaper.
On February 1st, there will be an award ceremony for creative youths of Azerbaijan and a demonstration of the film about the ex-President of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev will take place in the yacht-club. A youth award ceremony has been scheduled for February 2nd. On the same day, sporting events, concert programs and holiday fireworks will be organized in the National Park of Azerbaijan.
